- Is Virtual Showroom free?
Creating CLO-SET Virtual Showroom is currently available on all plans, including Free, Advanced, and Trial.
- Can I use Background Images created in external programs?
Yes, as long as you can export the image into: png, svg, jpeg, webp, and hdr. These files can be uploaded as the background image of your Virtual Showroom. Please also note that the optimized ratio is 16:9, and the file must be less than 8192px * 4096px, and 100mb.
- Can I use 3D Contents created in external programs?
To load the 3D Viewer on the published Virtual Showroom, it must be compatible with the CLO-SET 3D Viewer. We support various 3D file formats including ZPRJ and ZPAC. Please find the list of compatible formats here.
Even if the files are not compatible with the 3D viewer, you can select to add the Content as 2D file or a URL.
- Can I add external URL to Virtual Showroom?
Yes, users may choose the 'Other Content' type when editing the Virtual Showroom to add a hyperlink to external URLs.
- Can I edit the Showroom after it's published?
Yes, you may edit and save a newer version of a published Showroom. Saving the edited version will NOT update the published Showroom but keep it as a saved draft. Once you are done editing, click 'Publish' to update the published Showroom page.
- How can I change the viewpoint of the background?
End users can rotate or zoom in/out of the Showroom using their mouse or trackpad. Simply hold click and move right/left/up/down to rotate, and scroll up/down to zoom in/out.
Using a 'Navigation' tool can also help the end user navigate throughout your Showroom. Add a 'Navigation' spot to move between background images. Find more here.
- Does the end user need CLO-SET account to view the Showroom?
No, anyone with the published Showroom URL can enter and view the Showroom.
- Can I share the Showroom on my website/E-commerce?
Yes, once you publish the Showroom, click the 'Share' button at the bottom-right corner to copy the URL of your Showroom.
