1) Workroom Comment
Users can now leave Comment on the Workroom page.
Leave comments and announcements on a group of Contents, or on the entire Workroom.

*Can only Edit/Delete comments created by oneself, cannot modify comments created by other users.
**Users with Edit/View permission on Content level cannot use Workroom Comment.
***Mentioned users who are not a Group member will be invited as Workroom Viewer.

Notification
- Email and on-site notification will be sent to users with Admin, Collaborator, Workroom Editor, and Workroom Viewer upon creation/edition/deletion of new Comments and Replies.
- Turn off the Workroom Notification to stop receiving the notification.
