Details

1) Plan Types

Starting November 5th, CLO-SET will be available in Free, Standard, and Premium Plan. Enterprise plan is also available for larger corporations with advanced security needs.

  • Premium ($40/user): for small & medium businesses
  • Standard ($20/user): for small teams
  • Free: for first time users
  • *Enterprise Plan: for large organizations aiming to scale securely and efficiently.

 

2) What's Changing?

  • More Options: CLO-SET will start providing 2 paid plans, Standard and Premium, tailored for your team size and your 3D journey. Advanced plan is no longer available. Please choose the plan that fits your workflow.
  • Enjoy Advanced Features: CLO-SET Advanced features that were previously unavailable under Free Plan will be open to all plan types, including Tech Pack and High Quality Render.
  • All Members Counted: Under the new pricing plan, all permissions will be a valued 'Paying user', with all the benefits that come with it. Only Group Operator permission will be excluded from the billing.

 

3) When does it start?

Depending on your Group's current subscription/Trial status, the effective date of the new plan may differ. As a default, the new CLO-SET pricing plan begins on November 5th, 2024.

  • 2-month Free Trial
    • If you’ve applied for the 2-month free trial, you can enjoy any CLO-SET plan free for the first two months. Learn more on how to activate your Trial.
    • You must select one of the new plans to activate the Trial.
    • Your payment will begin once the 2-month Trial period expires. Please find the exact date of your subscription cycle on Console - Summary page.
    • Please note that Trial application closed on November 3, 2024, and no further applications will be accepted.

 

  • Advanced Plan User
    • If you have been using CLO-SET Advanced Plan, your subscription will remain valid. However, you must select a new plan before your current subscription ends to minimize disruptions.
    • Please find the exact date of your subscription cycle on Console - Summary page.
    • If you have applied for the 2-month Trial in advance:
      • your Trial will begin AFTER your current Advanced Plan expires. This way, you can take the full advantage of your current subscription before you move on to one of the new plans.
      • Please make sure to select a new plan and enter payment information before your current subscription cycle expires. Otherwise, your Group will be downgraded to Free plan after your current measurement period. Find more on how to activate your Trial

    • If you have NOT applied for the 2-month Trial:
      • Please select a new plan and confirm your payment information before your subscription cycle expires. Your new subscription will begin once your Advanced Plan subscription expires. Failure to select a new plan will result in downgrading your Group to Free plan.

 

  • All Other Groups
    • If you do not belong to the above 2 cases, your Group must select a new plan and subscribe. Failure to subscribe will result in plan restrictions of the new Free Plan and will block actions such as uploading, creating spaces, or inviting users exceeding the limit. 4) What do I have to do?

  • Visit the new CLO-SET Pricing Page, and select a new plan to subscribe.
  • Click 'Subscribe' and enter your payment information to complete your order.
  • If your Group is applicable to receive the Trial offer or is on an active Advanced Plan subscription, our system will automatically apply it to your bill.

 

5) Can I continue using Free Plan?

  • We will continue providing a Free Plan options. If you do not wish to subscribe to a paid plan, you may continue using the Free Plan.
  • However, please note that there will be new restrictions on the Free Plan. Please find more on the new CLO-SET Pricing Page.
    • Your Group members will have limited availability to invite new users, create new spaces, and upload files. Please select a paid plan and start your subscription to minimize the distruption.

 

6) Can I pay in Annual Terms?

  • Yes, of course. Please note that for Annual Invoice payments, you will need to sign a contract with the CLO-SET team. Please contact us for more information.

 

7) What comes with CLO-SET subscription?

  • By subscribing to a paid plan in CLO-SET, you can invite as many users, create unlimited spaces or contents in CLO-SET.
  • In addition, selective features are available only under paid plans, such as Rendering, APIs, and Embed Viewers.
  • Please note that CLO-SET subscriptions do NOT cover CLO and Marvelous Designer software usage. To start using the software, visit clo3d.com or marvelousdesigner.com.
