1) What is Content Field?
- The Content Field is where information about the Content is stored. Users can customize the fields used for each Content Type. Start storing Content information in CLO-SET to elevate your asset management flow.
- Content Fields are tailored for each Content Type. Fields used can only be managed by Company Admin and Group Operator. To start adding custom fields, read the instructions below.

2) Managing Content Fields
Permission: Group Admin, Company Admin
- Before inputting information on the Content, we recommend that you review the fields used for each Content Type.
- To add/edit Content Fields for each Content Type, visit Company Settings.
- Click on 'Content' > 'Information' to view the list of Content Types and Fields used.
- CLO-SET Provides Default Fields based on the Content Type. Users may add Custom Fields to be used as needed.
- Default Fields: cannot be added/deleted. You can change the name, values, and unit format.
- Custom Fields: Fully customizable. Can create up to 16 Custom Fields per Content Type.

3) Input/View Content Information
Permission: All Admins, Collaborators, Editors can edit field information / Viewers are read only
- Go to Content Page, and click the 'Expand' button on the left pane.
- Once the Content Field section is open, click on the field to begin entering the information.
- Any information added or edited will be saved immediately as entered. Exiting the Content Field tab will NOT undo the changes.
