1. Activate Trial
- If your Group has applied for a 2-month Trial in advance (prior to November 3rd), the Group Admin and Group Operator will see the below pop-up modal and receive emails.
- To activate Trial, you must select a new plan and enter your payment information starting November 5th.
- Your monthly payment begins after the 2-month Trial period. You may cancel the Trial anytime.
- This offer is valid until December 31st. If you do not activate your Trial until then, the offer will be forfeited.
- To activate the Trial, you must select a new plan and confirm your payment information. Visit the new Pricing Page to follow the steps.
- Select a plan and enter your card details to start the trial at no charge. Billing will begin after the 2-month trial period. Please note the date displayed on the modal above.
2. Cancel Trial
- You may cancel your Trial at anytime. Visit Console > Summary and click 'Change Plan' > select 'Free Plan'. Make sure to cancel your Trial before the expiration date to avoid unwanted payments.
- Please note that failure to cancel the Trial before the expiration will result in renewing the subscription with a payment.
- CLO-SET does not provide refunds on unused days of the subscription, unless required by law.
3. FAQ
1. I applied for the Trial before November 3rd, but I do not see the pop-up modal or email. What happened?
- Trial activation can only be done by the Group Admin or Group Operator. If you do not see the button, please contact your Group Admin.
2. I haven't applied for the Trial in advance. What should I do?
- If you have not applied for the Trial offer in advanced, please select one of the new plans and start your subscription.
3. I was subscribed to the Advanced Plan before. What is changing for me?
- If you have been using CLO-SET Advanced Plan and have applied for the Trial, you can enjoy the new Trial period for the next 2 months after your current subscription period ends. Please follow the steps on the Activate Trial menu.
4. What happens after I cancel my Trial?
- After your Trial period is over, your Group will be downgraded to the Free Plan and would have limited CLO-SET availability. Please review the new restrictions of the Free Plan on the CLO-SET Pricing Page.
