1) Where can I find it?

• 'Open in CLO' can be found in:
  • Workrooms
  • Workspace > Contents menu
  • Favorites
  • Search tab

&

*please note: the option is not available when selecting multiple Contents

• You may also find it on the Version tab within the Content page

2) How to

• From any of the views listed above, click on 'Open in CLO'. You will be directed to a new web browser as shown below, and your CLO3D software will open automatically.
• Files opened will be saved on the 'download' folder of your local device.

*If the software doesn't open, click the 'open in CLO' button.

*If you do not have the CLO3D software downloaded yet, click 'Download Now'

3) Permission

• You must have a download capability to the selected Content to use 'open in CLO'.
• Below permissions have download capability to the Content:
  • All Admins
  • All Collaborators
  • All Editors
  • Viewers with 'download' option

*If you do not have the download capability, the 'open in CLO' button will be greyed out.
