Activate the Permission Approval system for advanced security of your Group & Assets

1) What is Permission Approval?
- Permission Approval is an optional feature that allows Group Admin/Group Operators to review & confirm the users being invited before they gain access to the Group.
- It allows managers to fully own the invitations being made to the Group, for advanced security and control over subscription fees.
- Please note: activating the option may hinder new invitees from gaining instant access to the Group.
2) Activate Permission Approval
Permission: Group Admin
/ Group Operator
- To activate the Permission Approval for your Group, visit Console > Settings > Group Settings
- Click the Toggle to activate, and hit 'OK' on the pop-up modal
- Note: Permission Approval is turned off as default
3) Inviting Users
- When Permission Approval option is activated, status of the new member will be displayed as below.
- Pending: indicates that the invitee has not created a CLO-SET account yet
- Pre-approval: indicates that the Group Admin/Operator has not approved the permission yet
- When a new user is invited, Group Admin/Operator will receive a notification email to take action
- Once Group Admin/Operator approves the new member, they will receive an email notification, along with an access link
4) Approve/Reject Users

/ Group Operator
- Whenever a new member is invited to the Group, Group Admin/Operator will receive an email to approve the new member. Click 'Go to Use Administration' to proceed.
- In Console > Permission Approval > Pending Users tab, click 'Approve' or 'Reject'
- Note: once approved, the new member will receive an email notification
