Objective
Company Admin can manage/set Company’s space and customize fields within Company Setting. There are 9 tabs in Company Setting - we will break it down to 5 in terms of usage.

Details
1) General
General tab is where you can manage basic profile info and operation of the Company.

- Change Company name
- Company Library - a unique Workroom where you can store commonly used Assets throughout the Company
- Line - an optional Space level between Brand and Season
- Content_Image Viewer - view Contents in flat 2D image as default, to fasten loading speed
- Accessible People - you may view the full list of users with access on each Space/Content
- Company Transfer - Transfer the Company from current Group to another
- Delete Company
2) Category / Content - Workflow
Category and Workflow are customizable fields, used to identify/search/filter the Content.

- Category: can add custom Category up to 4th depth
- Workflow: can add custom Workflow stage, change name and color chips
- Utilizing Category & Workflow

- Filter or Search the Content using Category & Workflow
- Quickly view the workflow status from Workroom
3) Content - Information
- The Content Field is where information about the Content is stored. Users can customize the fields used for each Content Type. Start storing Content information in CLO-SET to elevate your asset management flow.
- Content Fields are tailored for each Content Type. Fields used can only be managed by Company Admin and Group Operator. To start adding custom fields, read the instructions below.
- Before inputting information on the Content, we recommend that you review the fields used for each Content Type.
- To add/edit Content Fields for each Content Type, visit Company Settings.
- Click on 'Content' > 'Information' to view the list of Content Types and Fields used.
- Content Fields are shared and applied to all Contents within the Company.
1. Default Fields
- Default Fields can NOT be added or deleted. You can change the name, values, and unit format.
- CLO-SET Provides tailored Defaults Fields for each Content Type.
- For example, for Style type Contents, there are 6 Default Fields - material composition, customer type, color, price, MOQ, and date.
- To edit the name, value, or unit format, click the pencil icon at the end of the table. On the Edit modal, edit the details and click 'Save'.
2. Custom Fields
- Custom Fields are fully customizable. Can create up to 16 Custom Fields per Content Type.
- To add a Custom Field, start by clicking the 'Add Custom Field' button.
- Fill in the name and select the 'Type' of the field to be used. Fill in values or unit information when applicable, and click 'Save' to create the Custom Field.
- Field Types provided are listed below. Once the field is saved, field type CANNOT be changed.
- Text (up to 100 characters)
- Textbox (up to 1000 characters)
- Number (in unit format)
- Date (in calendar format)
- Dropdown: single-selection
- Checkbox: multi-selection allowed
- To edit the Custom Field, click the pencil icon at the end of the table. Changing the field details will impact the existing field information.
- To delete the Custom Field, hover over the field row and click the trash button. Deleting the field will impact the existing field information, and the data stored will no longer be available.
3. 'Number' Type Fields

- When editing the 'Number' type fields, you have an option to customize the unit format.
- Please refer to the table below for placeholders used to customize the unit format.

4) Rendering
Add a Render Preset to share throughout the Company as a guideline.
In Company Settings, you can Add/Change/Delete the Preset file (ZVRP) for your Company.

5) Status / Customer Type / Sales Channel / Store Type
Customizable Fields are available for use on Line Sheet - List Mode to detail each Colorway.
Add new fields for your Company, and start utilizing them on Line Sheet.

Status: Add custom fields to identify the status for each Colorway
- Workflow can be set on Content level, and Status can be changed per Colorway on Line Sheet
- Customer Type / Sales Channel / Store Type: Add custom fields to use on Line Sheet
6) Trash
Deleted Contents/Workroom/Brand is stored for 30 days on the Trash tab.
Company Admin may restore the files by selecting them and clicking on ‘RESTORE’ button.
