- What is ‘Group’?
‘Group’ is a higher space than ‘Company’. Each Company will belong to a unique ‘Group’. After ‘Group’ is introduced, users can only share styles and data within a specific Group. -
Can I create multiple Groups?
A single account can create only one Group. A single account cannot be the Admin for multiple Groups. However, a single account may have access to multiple Groups (One user-created Group + multiple Groups being invited). - How can I move the Company between Groups?
A feature 'Company Transfer' allows users to transfer Company and change the Group that Company belongs to at their discretion.
1. Go to 'Company Setting'.
2. Click 'Company Transfer' and enter the email address of the Group Admin that the Company will transfer to.
3. The admin of the group to be transferred logs in with CLO-SET and chooses to accept Company Transfer.
- Please be noted that the recipient of Company Transfer must be a paying user. To be clear, the recipient of Company Transfer means the Group that you want your Company transferred to. (effective from July 26th, 2022)
