📍 Learn how to manage user access and permissions in the Admin Console.

1. Enter Dashboard and click Console button from the left navigation menu.Â
2. Admin Console shows the Summary, Billing, Data Intelligence, Activity Log, Settings, and Developer Page.
3. Click Permission Management from the tree menu.

1. Search by keyword (Name & Email)
Enter the user’s name or email in the keyword field, then click Search.
You can check the searched user’s permission details in the Total section below.

2. Search by space (including subspace is available)
Click Select a Space in the Space section.
In the pop-up window, choose the space you want from the menu tree, then click Next.
Confirm that the correct space is selected, then click Search.
You can check the searched users’ permission details in the Total section below.
*Search filter is not provided to Group Operator. Only Group Admin can use the 'Space' filter.

3. Search by content
Click the toggle button in the Content section to switch it from Off to On.
Click Select a Content and choose the content you want to search for.
Confirm that the correct content is selected, then click Search.
You can check the searched users’ permission details in the Total section below.

1. Collaborator ↔ Admin
Hover mouse over the Space and Permission area.
Click the ••• button that appears next to the permission.
Select Change to Admin or Change to Collaborator.

2. Viewer ↔ Editor
Hover mouse over the Space and Permission area.
Click the ••• button that appears next to the permission.
Select Change to open the Change Permission pop-up.
Click the drop-down menu and choose the permission (Can edit or Can view).
Click Confirm, and the permission will be updated.
| •Remove Access |
1. Delete user (Single/Multiple) - Remove access from all spaces
Removes the selected user’s access to all assigned spaces.
- Click the checkbox on the left side of the user information to select the user.
- Click the Delete button.
- Select OK in the pop-up window to remove the user’s access completely.

2. Remove access by space - Remove access from a specific space or content
 Hover mouse over the Space and Permission area.
Click the ••• button that appears next to the permission.
Select Remove to revoke the user’s access to that space.
