🔎 Search Tab allows users to locate all the Content(s) they have access to within the Group

• Access the Search tab from the dashboard. Click the 'Search' icon on the far left.
• Type in keyword or upload images to start the search. Utilize filters to narrow the search results.

• Keyword search: Search using the Content Name, Creator, or Content ID
• Image search: Search using image files, to find similar Contents

• Filter Results: Narrow the search scope with the filters. If you have not yet, learn how to input data & labels to each Content 
  • Content Type
  • Space
  • Workflow
  • Category

🔎 Searching in Workroom will display all matching results within the Workroom

• Enter the desired Workroom to start
• From the 'Search For' drop-down menu, select the scope of search
  • Contents of Current Room: search the Contents within the current level Workroom only
  • Contents Including Child Rooms: search the contents from the current Workroom and all its child Workrooms.
  • Workrooms: search the Child Workrooms within the current Workroom
• Type in the keyword. Search results display all matching results within the designated scope
• Currently, CLO-SET does not support placeholders when searching

🔎 Search for Workrooms or Contents within a specific space

• From 'Search For' drop-down, select the search level (Content / Brand / Workroom / Assortment)

• Type in the keyword and hit enter. Search results display matching results within the space
• When you search for a Workroom/Assortment within a specific Space (Company, Brand, or Line), ALL associated Workrooms/Assortments within that Space will be displayed
