On the Billing tab, you can review the Group's billing history, invoice, and user history, and usage history.

1) Billing History
- Date (UTC/GMT): Date of the event, recorded in UTC, sorted from latest to oldest
- Invoice No.: Invoice created at each payment cycle. Click to view or print the invoice.
- Description: Plan & User history information. Find more details on Billing Guideline

Charges: Amount billed or paid per the event on description
- Positive values (+): indicate paid amount OR credit that can be used for your next payment
- Negative values (-): charged to the user to be paid in future

Credit balance: Remaining credit balance as a result of each event.
- Positive values (+): credit that can be used for your next payment
- Negative values (-): amount owed to be paid in future

Invoice
- Click on the Invoice no. to print or download your invoice. Please note that the 'To' field will display the user id and email of the account that first initiated the payment (either Group Admin or Group Operator account will be listed).
- On the invoice, you can find the list of members that has been charged for the listed subscription period.
2) User History
1. Permission Approval
- Find the list of permission requests & full list of users approved/pending/rejected from the Group

Displays the full list of users invited to the Group (including approved, pending, removed)

Status of the accounts are displayed as one of the four below:
- Pending: pending request for approval to
- Rejected: permission request rejected
- Approved: request approved but the user is not registered on CLO-SET
- Reapproved: request that had previously been rejected, then approved afterwards
- Clicking on the active user's account email to view Permission Management info for the selected account

Status of the accounts are displayed as one of the four below:
[Pending Users]
Displays the list of requests that are pending/rejected
- Once the new member is approved, the user will be deleted from the 'pending users' tab (but continue to display on the 'all user status' tab)
- If the same user has been invited multiple times, approving the user on any 1 of the rows will automatically approve all requests
2. User Type Change
- View the full list of changes on Group members that affects your subscription amount.

3. Email Change
- View the list of users within the Group with the email change history.
3) Usage History
- View the Group's feature usage history per measurement period.
- User/Company/Workroom is displayed as max count by period
- File Upload/Rendering/Embed View/API Call is displayed as total count by period
