Are the new features covered in this session available for Advanced Plan only?

No. Features such as Company Library or Line Sheet Beta are available for all. But with the Advanced Plan, you will be able to use all CLO-SET features without a doubt. To learn about the difference between Free and Advanced Plan, click HERE.

What is Trend Data?

As part of CLO-SET future roadmap, Trend Data analyzes your group's assets and provide insights on key aspects such as colorway. CLO-SET will provide auto-generated reports on number of garments and color trends based on your assets. Learn more and watch examples from Serena HERE.

What is Visual Board?

As part of CLO-SET future roadmap, Visual Board is a freeform canvas, but with all your 3D data in it. Explore your new season with the Visual Board, creating everything from range boards to line sheets. Lean more from Serena HERE.

Is CLO-SET Paid subscription?

CLO-SET provides 3 different plans. If you wish to use all CLO-SET features, you may subscribe to our Advanced plan. Or, we do offer Free plan with limited feature availability. Find out more on our Pricing Page.

Can I subscribe to Advanced Plan with flexibility?

Yes, you may subscribe to Advanced plan when you need it, and downgrade your account to Free plan when you don't. There is no penalty for downgrading your plan at anytime.

What is Admin? Collaborators? Editors? and Viewers?

Admin and Collaborators are assigned to Company & Brands. While Admin has all access, Collaborators can manage spaces below their authority (ex. Company Collaborator can manage Brand and below).

Editors and Viewers are assigned to Workroom and Assortments, with different availability. While Admin, Collaborators, and Editors are counted as paying users, Viewers are non-paying users. Read more on permissions HERE.

As a brand, how can I set which assets each vendor can access?

You can either 1) create a new workroom to share with your vendors to physically separate the files, or 2) assign limited permission such as Editor or Viewer to your vendors to set a limit on asset management. More info on permission management HERE.

How can a someone not using CLO 3D benefit from using CLO-SET?

You can explore design options and provide detailed feedback, prepare production materials, or virtually try-on the garment in CLO-SET, without having to download or learn CLO. 

If I have an internal & external workroom, do I have to upload everything again?

Not at all. You can easily copy existing assets to a different space. Find out more HERE.

How do I connect my CLO account to CLO-SET? What can I do with it?

By connecting your CLO-SET account to CLO, you can 1) directly upload your assets and generate Render/Tech Pack, or 2) access 3D files stored in your CLO-SET faster. Click HERE to learn how to connect your accounts.

Are changes made in CLO reflected in CLO-SET and vice versa?

As of now, changes made in CLO are not instantly reflected to CLO-SET, and vice versa. Make sure to save and upload new versions to share with your team!
