[2023-04] Update in CLO-SET, Multi-Select Workflow Change!

Hello CLO-SET Users,

We would like to share an update in CLO-SET Workroom. Now, you can simultaneously update the Workflow status on multiple contents. 

Permission:   Admin,  Collaborator | Editor,  Viewer with access to Workroom

Details

1) What is Workflow?

Workflow helps identify the status of your 3D content. Find out more HERE.

• Go to Company Setting to customize Workflow field names and tab color
• Go to Content Page to change and set the Workflow of each content
• Filter the content by Workflow within your Workroom

2) NEW! Multi-select Workflow Change

1. Go to your Workroom

2. Select the contents you wish to change

3. Click 'Workflow' on the floating menu

4. Select the Workflow you want to update your contents to

5. Done! You should see the new Workflow setting applied to the selected contents.
