Are the features covered in this session available for Advanced Plan only?

No. Features such as Company Library or Assorment are available for all. But with the Advanced Plan, you will be able to use all CLO-SET features without a doubt. To learn about the difference between Free and Advanced Plan, click HERE.

What is Virtual Showroom?

As part of CLO-SET future roadmap, Virtual Showroom allows you to build a showroom leveraging your 3D garments. Build a virtual store to showcase your design to your buyers or customers. Learn more from Jessica HERE.

What is Range Plan/Range Board?

As part of CLO-SET future roadmap, you can auto-generate Range Board and build your assortment. Bring the 3D data to your Range Board. Whether you're from Sales or Merchandising, you can build a product roll-out calendar or a price map per your needs. Learn more from Jessica HERE.

What is Web Tech Pack?

CLO-SET auto-generates a Web Tech Pack based on your 3D garment to help aid the production process. Web Tech Pack includes BOM, Construction, Measurement, and Cost Estimation on your garment, along with communication tools. Enjoy an auto-generated Tech Pack and keep everyone on the same page.

Does CLO-SET Tech Pack BOM provide information per Colorway?

Yes it does! On the BOM tab, you can find information for each Colorway and Grade. You may also edit or add Fabric and Trims if needed. Information on BOM include but are not limited to: Color, Texture, Marker, Consumption, Unit Price and Total Price. Estimate the production cost, communicate with the team, and make changes to finalize the information.

Can I change Currency and Dimension in Web Tech Pack?

Yes you can! Choose the measurement unit that works best for you - inch, mm, or cm.

You may also note the Exchange Rate that you use. Input the exchange rate you use with your partners, vendors, or teammates.

I can't see the Measurement information. What do I need to do?

Measurement information on Web Tech Pack is based on the POM data on your file. If you can not see the information, please add the POM data on CLO3D. 

How can I present my design to customers?

With CLO-SET Embed Viewer and Fitting Viewer, you can showcase your design to external partners, even when they are non-CLO-SET users. You can embed the 3D Viewer on your own website or e-commerce to share the view with your customers. Find out more on Embed Viewer and Fitting Viewer.

How do I share my work to clients in CLO-SET?

You can either 1) create a new workroom to share with your clients to physically separate the files, or 2) assign limited permission such as Editor or Viewer to your vendors to set a limit on asset management. More info on permission management HERE.

How do I connect my CLO account to CLO-SET? What can I do with it?

By connecting your CLO-SET account to CLO, you can 1) directly upload your assets and generate Render/Tech Pack, or 2) access 3D files stored in your CLO-SET faster. Click HERE to learn how to connect your accounts.

What is CLO-SET API?

CLO-SET API provides a programming interface for file management and data retrieval on CLO-SET. You may upload/download files to/from any Workroom and retrieve the information of the uploaded files with the help of CLO-SET API. Find out more capabilities and manuals HERE.
