1) Copy Space Structure
With this update, you can easily replicate the space hierarchy to prepare for a new season.
- Simply copy any Space from Company to Season along with sub-level Spaces, up to the 1st depth Workroom.
- The replicated Space will be a new blank page for you to fill in with new Contents.
- Only the Space Hierarchy will be copied, NOT including the Contents within the original Space.
2) How to?
1. Basics:
- Go to 'Browse' menu or 'Workspace' to find the Space you want to Copy
- On the upper-right corner of the Space, click ••• then click 'Copy Space Structure'
- Insert the name of the new Space, and click 'Confirm'
- Only the Space Structure will be copied without Contents, Categories, and Workflows.
2. Available Space Level:
- 'Copy Space Structure' can be done for Company, Brand, Line, and Season
- Copying between Groups is unavailable.
- Copying Workroom/Assortment is unavailable.
- Copying the Space Structure will replicate all sub-level Spaces
- ex. Copying a Brand will create a new Brand with all Line, Season, Workroom, Assortment within the original Space
