Objective
Learn how to cancel your Advanced Plan subscription and downgrade to free plan.
*Before you start: Plan type can only be managed by Group Admin or Group Operator. Changing your plan type will affect everyone in your Group.
Details
1) Change Plan
- To change your plan type, visit Console - Summary.
- Make sure you are in the correct Group. Check the Group name on the top-left corner of your screen. To switch Groups, click on the downward arrow (⌄) next to the Group name.
- Click 'Change Plan' on the right to select a new plan.
⬆️ Upgrade
Upgrading will take place immediately after the payment is made.
1. Upgrading from Standard to Premium

- Your remaining measurement period for the Standard plan will be refunded in credit form, to be applied automatically for your new Premium plan subscription.
- Example) Billing changes when upgrading from Standard to Premium
1. Once the upgrading is initiated, your Standard plan subscription will be cancelled. If you had any remaining days under the Standard plan, the unused days will be refunded in the form of credit.

- In this example, $92.80 has been refunded (for the unused 28 days, for 5 users). This resulted in a total credit balance of $54.24 based on previous bill history (which means that the previous credit balance was -$38.56)

2. Premium plan subscription created immediately.

- A new bill is created for 5 users with a charge of $200 ($40 x 5). This resulted in a total credit balance of -$145.76 ($54.24 - $200.00). Negative credit indicates that the user owes the amount to be paid.

3. Payment completed, and Premium plan subscription started.
2. Upgrading from Free to paid plans (Standard or Premium)
- From Console - Summary, click on 'Subscribe'
- From the CLO-SET Pricing page, select a plan to subscribe, and follow the payment process.
⬇️ Downgrade (Unsubscribe)
Downgrading will take place on your Group's next renewal date. Please note that CLO-SET does not refund the unused days of your monthly subscription once it is initiated.
1. Downgrading from Premium to Standard
- Important: Once your Group is downgraded to the Standard plan, there will be restrictions on the Group's usage. Please make sure to review the restrictions to minimize disruption.
- Your existing Premium plan subscription will be valid until the end of your measurement period. On your next renewal date, your plan will be changed to Standard.
- You CANNOT downgrade if your current usage exceeds the plan limit of the Standard plan. Please review your usage on 'Console - Billing - Usage History' and make changes accordingly.
2. Downgrading from Premium/Standard to Free
- Downgrading will take place on your Group's next renewal date. Please note that CLO-SET does not refund the unused days of your monthly subscription once it is initiated.
- If you had pending negative credit balance (to be paid) at the point of downgrading, you will be charged for the amount before your subscription is cancelled.
- If you had pending positive credit balance at the point of downgrading, your credit will be forfeited without cash refunds.
- You CANNOT downgrade if your current usage exceeds the plan limit of the Free plan. Please review your usage on 'Console - Billing - Usage History' and make changes accordingly.
2) Refund Policy
- Your subscription is valid until the end of Measurement Period, unless there was an upgrade attempt.
- Please note that under CLO-SET TOS, no refunds are made for unused number of days in cash form, unless required by law.
