Objective

With this feature, you can easily replicate the Space Structure to prepare for a new season.

1. Copy Space Structure
2. Copy Company

Details

1) Copy Space Structure

• Simply copy any Space from Company to Season along with sub-level Spaces up to the 1st-depth Workroom.
• Only the Space Hierarchy will be copied, NOT including the Contents within the original Space.

     

• Basics:
  • Go to 'Browse' menu or 'Workspace' to find the Space you want to Copy
  • On the upper-right corner of the Space, click ••• then click 'Copy Space Structure'
  • Insert the name of the new Space, and click 'Confirm'
  • Only the Space Structure will be copied without Contents, Categories, and Workflows

2) Copy Company Structure

Permission: Group Admin only

• Go to Workspace > Companies to select the Company to Copy
• Click on ••• on the upper-right corner of the Company > click 'Copy Space Structure'
• Type in the name of the new Space, and click 'Confirm'
• Once complete, click on 'Go to the Space'. You will be redirected to the new Company Space.
• You can also find the new Space on the 'Browse' menu
• The new Company Space will replicate all Company Settings of the original Company.

3) Copy Brand Structure

Permission: Group Admin, Company Admin

• Option 1: Go to 'Browse' > and select the Company within which the Brand is located
• Option 2: Go to 'Workspace' > Brands 
• Click on ••• on the upper-right corner of the Brand > click 'Copy Space Structure'
• Type in the name of the new Brand, and select where you want the new Brand to be
  • You may only choose between Company Spaces you have permission to
• Once complete, click on 'Go to the Space'. You will be redirected to the new Brand Space.
• You can also find the new Space on the 'Browse' menu

4) Copy Line/Season Structure

Permission: Group Admin, Company Admin, Company Collaborator, Brand Admin

• Option 1: Go to 'Browse' > and select the Brand within which the Line/Season is located
• Option 2: Go to 'Workspace' > Lines/Seasons
• Click on ••• on the upper-right corner of the Line/Season > click 'Copy Space Structure'
• Type in the name of the new Space, and select where you want the new Line/Season to be
  • You may only choose between Brand Spaces you have permission to
• Once complete, click on 'Go to the Space'. You will be redirected to the new Space.
• You can also find the new Space on the 'Browse' menu

5) Additional Notes

Please mind that the Copy Space Structure:

• only copies the Space Hierarchy, NOT the Contents within
• copying the Space between Groups is unavailable
• copying Workroom/Assortment level Spaces is unavailable
