1) Copy Workroom Structure

Replicate your current Workroom structure setup to start building a new Space for the upcoming season. Please note that copying the Workroom Structure will only replicate the Space Structure, not the Contents within.

You may also copy the structure of higher-level Spaces (Company ~ Season). Find instructions HERE.

2) How to?

1.Basics

• Go to 'Browse' menu or 'Workspace' to find the Workroom you want to Copy
• On the upper-right corner of the Workroom, click ••• then click 'Copy Workroom Structure'

• Select the location to create a copy. Only the spaces you have access to will appear on the modal.

• Insert the name of the highest-level Workroom, and click 'OK'
• Only the Workroom Structure will be copied, NOT the Contents within

• Once the copying is complete please refresh the browser to update the 'Browse' tab

2. Troubleshooting

• You can only create maximum of 16th depths of the Workroom
  
  • ex) If your target workroom is on the 7th depth, the Workroom Structure you copy should have no more than 9 depths.

• The 'Browse' tab will only display up to the 7th depth from your Company level.
• You can NOT copy the Structure of Company Library. But you CAN copy the structure of the Workroom within each Company Library.
