In an effort to enhance the security of users' personal data and assets, concurrent login on CLO-SET will be limited to one browser and device starting end of July 23, 2024.
1) One device, one browser
- Each CLO-SET account can only access the service from one device at a time, on one browser.
- Having multiple tabs open in the same browser is possible.
- When a new device or browser signs in, older sessions will automatically disconnect, and any unsaved changes will be lost.
- Does not apply to CLO-SET and CONNECT library in CLO3D software.
2) Invite/Share in CLO-SET 
To collaborate online with your team simultaneously, we recommend setting up your Group using the invite/share feature. Start inviting teammates to your Group to access the page simultaneously. Please refer to the guide articles below on how to setup a CLO-SET Group.
