Details

1) What is Quality Check?

• CLO-SET Quality check allows teams to automize the QC process of the CLO files. CLO-SET will automatically check the uploaded CLO file properties per the standards setup by the Admin and mark the result for the team to view.

• Quality Check standards can be set for each Company within the Group. 

2) Setup Quality Check

Permission: Group Admin, Company Admin

• To start using the feature, your Company must have a 3D Quality Check standards setup by the Admin. This can be done on the Company Settings page.
• In Company Settings, click Content > 3D Quality Check. Then, click the activate toggle.

• For more details on how to input the properties and what each property refers to in CLO, please download the PDF guideline.

• Please note: updating the properties will NOT be synced to older tests. You must re-upload the file to apply the new standards.

3) Quality Check in Content Page

Permission: Admin, Collaborator, Editor

• Once the Quality Check is activated and setup, it will be applied to the newly uploaded files.
• Click the red 'QC' icon next to the version name to view the full test result.
• Please Note: Quality Check runs only once for all versions. Re-upload the file to run the quality check again.
• The 'QC' label will be displayed on the latest version uploaded. To review the QC for older versions, click the ••• menu and select '3D Quality Check' option as displayed below.

4) Quality Check Results

Permission: Admin, Collaborator, Editor

• A new tab will open with the full test result. 

• 1. 1. Category of the property
     2. Property setup in Company Settings
     3. Criteria setup in Company Settings
     4. Test result: Passed
     5. Test result: Failed, click the list icon for the list of materials that failed the test
     6. Test result: N/A. Property not included in the checklist
     7. Select to only view the properties that failed the test

• • Please note: Updating or editing the 3D file should be done in CLO. Also, Quality Check runs only once for all versions. Re-upload the file to run the quality check again.

5) Supported File Formats

• Compatible with all file types supported in 3D Viewer, as of Dec 2024.
• More specifically, 3D Quality Check is compatible with the file extensions listed below:
