Access Admin Console by clicking  mceclip0.png  icon on your CLO-SET dashboard. Admin Console shows the Group summary, Billing, Statistics, Activity Log, Settings, and Developer Page.

 View usage statistics per user, including content views and rendering usage. In addition, view Color analytics of your Contents.

 Detailed Rendering usage and logs of the Group.

  • Team Management
 Change Group name, profile, and add Group Operator. Find and delete permissions by user. Create or manage Teams for easier user management.
Developer Page   Create CLO-SET API token and trigger for your Group.

 

 

Details

1) Subscription Information

  • Find subscription information including Plan type, measurement period, next billing date, estimated billing amount, and payment method of your Group
    • Estimated Billing Amunt: All billing amounts are confirmed on the last day of your subscription, reflecting any changes in number of users within the Group. The displayed amount on this page may differ from what is actually billed on your next cycle.
  • To upgrade/downgrade/cancel subscription, click 'Change Plan' on the right
    • Once you click 'Change Plan', you will see a modal to select the new plan as the image below.

  • To change your credit card information, click 'Change'

 

2) Usage

  • Find Usage details in your Group
    • User, Company, Workroom counts are displayed as 'total to date'
      • 'CLO Support' indicates any CLO Employees invited to the Group for support, and is excluded from your Group's bill.
    • File upload, Rendering, Embed View, and API Call counts displayed are 'current period usage'
    • Usage limit may differ for each Group based on the plan type. Visit CLO-SET Pricing to learn more about plan details
  • For Rendering, Embed View, and API Calls, additional charges apply for usage exceeding the plan limits. 
    • Rendering: add-on pricing available on the Standard and Premium plan
    • API: add-on pricing available on the Premium plan only

 

3) Company List

  • Find the list of Companies within the Group
  • Click the gear icon (⚙️) next to the Company to enter the 'Company Settings' page
