Understand how to complete payments on CLO-SET and troubleshooting process.
Details
1) Payment Process
1. Go to https://style.clo-set.com/service/pricing. Find plan details, and click 'Subscribe' to start.
2. Start by entering your Payment information. Click on 'Enter Payment Details'.
Insert card number, expiration date, security code, along with the cardholder name and address. Then, click 'Confirm'.
3. Once the payment info is registered, confirm billed amount, agree to the Terms, and click 'Order' to complete the payment
- Subscription amount is based on the Plan Type, and the # of users in your Group.
- If you have any carryover balance, it will be reflected on the bill as shown below (#2).
4. Once the payment is complete, you will see the below page. Start enjoying your subscription.
2) Change Card & Billing Address
- To change the credit card information or billing address, visit Console - Summary page. Click 'Change' next to your payment information.
- Click 'Change Card' to update card information or billing address.
*Console page is accessible for Group Admin and Group Operator only.
3) Troubleshooting Payments
Payment attempts may fail for several reasons. See below for a list of errors and how to resolve them.
- [Your Group exceeds the number of Companies or Workrooms available under the plan]
- This error is displayed when the Group attempts to downgrade the plan. If your Group's usage exceeds the limits of the selected plan, downgrading cannot be completed. Please review the limitations for each plan and make the necessary adjustments. Then, try downgrading again.
- [There are Addition Credits that your Group should settle before re-subscribing]
- This error is due to having unpaid credit balance on your account. As such cases need further review, please contact our support.
- [Failed to register card information due to card issue]
- Please double check your credit card information or billing address. If the issue persists, contact us.
- [Upon upgrading, any remaining free trial period will be forfeited, and the payment will be charged immediately]
- This message is not an error, but a notification. If you are currently on a Trial period, initiating a paid subscription would forfeit the remaining Trial period.
