Understand the types of email notification you receive from CLO-SET regarding payment and plan.
Details
1) Who receives the updates?

Group Admin and Group Operators will be notified of the updates on payment/plan/charges of the Group. Group Admin is the owner account of the Group and cannot be changed. However, you may add/edit Group Operators on Console - Settings - Group Settings.

- Please note that payment/plan related notifications cannot be turned off.
2) Payment/Invoice

Complete
- When the Group initiates or renews the plan and the payment has been complete successfully, you will receive below notification.

Failed / Cancelled
- You will receive a notification if a payment attempt fails.
- CLO-SET offers a 5-day grace period with 3 automatic payment retries. Your subscription will remain active during this time. If payment is completed within the grace period, your subscription and billing cycle continue as usual; otherwise, your subscription will be cancelled.
- Once the grace period is over, your card payment will be cancelled along with your subscription.
3) New User (Additional Charges)
- When there is an update on your Group member list, it will be reflected on your Billing History. You will be notified of such updates via email.
3) Plan Change
- When there is an update on your subscription or plan, you will receive an email notification.

Upgrade
- When you upgrade your plan from Standard to Premium, changes will be made instantly. The unused amounts will be refunded in the form of credit to be used on your upgrade payment.
- You will receive a notification detailing the new plan and paid amount as displayed here.

Downgrade / Settled Addition Credit
- When you downgrade your plan, you will receive email notification. Please note that the downgrade will take place after your current measurement period is over.
- If your group has addition credit due to adding more users within the previous measurement cycle, you will be charged for the addition credit at the end of your subscription. Once this amount is paid, your Group will be downgraded to the Free plan.
