With this update, you now have an option to activate 'Auto Rotation' when creating Embed Viewer
Details
1) Activate Auto Rotation
Permission: 
Content Editor or above
- Available for 3D Viewer & Render Turntable Viewer
- When creating Embed Viewer, you can now set the 'Auto Rotation' option as shown below
- For all new Embed Viewers crated, Auto Rotation will be turned ON as default.
- Once shared externally, the Embed Viewer’s settings will NOT update automatically. Updating the settings will generate a new link. To apply changes, share the new link.
- Important: For Embed Viewers created prior to Mar 18th, 2025, Auto Rotation option is turned OFF as default. You may change the settings and use the updated URL/Iframe link from the original Content page.
2) Sample Embed Viewer
Permission: CLO-SET account/permission NOT required to view
- When Auto Rotation is turned on, play/pause button will be displayed at the bottom left corner of the embedded viewer as shown below
