Details
1) Colorway Version Update from Configurator (Assortment)
Colorways created in the Configurator are now visible and updatable in the Assortment Room.
What’s improved
Colorways generated in the Configurator are now properly displayed in the Assortment Room
When a newer version is available, a red dot indicator appears next to the content
💡 Notes
Editors (or higher) can hover over the indicator to access the Version Update button and update to the latest version
Viewers can see the indicator, but the update button is disabled based on permission
2) Content Visibility Control in Content Mode (Assortment)
Show&Hide Visibility control is now extended to Content Mode in the Assortment Room.
What’s improved
Show&Hide previously available only in Colorway Mode is now supported in Content Mode
Contents marked as hidden in Content Mode are also excluded from the Excel linesheet
💡 Notes
The visibility toggle UI is disabled on initial page load.
3) Content Preview in Workroom
Preview content details directly in the Workroom without opening the content page.
What’s improved
You can now click a content once in the Workroom to preview key content information
Content details can be checked without navigating to the content details page
This helps streamline reviews and speeds up content browsing within the Workroom
🔔 Notice: Group Activation for New Users Joining via Invite or Share
New users who sign up for CLO-SET via a Group invitation or shared content will have their personal Group deactivated by default.
If needed, users can activate their own Group by selecting Create My Group from the Group Switcher.
