4. Content Page
In the left menu pane, follow these steps:
Double-click the Workroom in the Season space and Double-click the Content in the Workroom.
You can find detailed information in the Content Page.

The new Content Page provides a unified content page experience.
Key features such as Overview, Viewer, BOM, and Attachment will be organized into tabs, allowing you to perform design, analysis, and visualization tasks within a single page—without switching between screens.

4-1) Overview
On the Overview tab, which is the main entry of the Content Page, you can view key information about the content at a glance.
The Overview tab is structured into the following sections: Overview, Details, Version, Linked Content, and 3D Quality Check.

Within the Overview section, you can quickly review the following 5 key information:
- You can freely configure and customize the content information displayed in the Overview section.
Â
More detailed information about the content can be accessed by clicking the Details, Version, Linked Content, and 3D Quality Check tabs.

4-2) Viewer
In the Viewer tab, you can closely examine content in both 2D and 3D, and utilize various features to support review during the design development process.
The following features are available in the Viewer tab:

1) Viewer Type (2D / 3D / Image / Render Viewer) & Viewing Option
- Different viewer types and viewing options are provided to support content review from multiple perspectives.
 1-1) 3D Viewer : Select a 3D file to freely explore and review garment data in the Viewer.
     2D Pattern Viewer : View garment pattern data in a 2D format.
     Image Viewer : Check thumbnail images.
     Render Viewer : View rendered images.
 1-2) Viewing Option : Use Viewing Options to explore content in various view modes.
- Files can be uploaded on the Content Page to manage versions. File information for each version is available for viewing and download.
The following actions are supported:
- version upload
- check version list
- downloadÂ
- techpack
- rename
- delete

3) RenderÂ
- Rendering functionality is supported to enable more realistic results.

4) Comment
- The Comment feature has been expanded to the content level, allowing comments to be added while reviewing different tabs.
Comments can be added to content for communication. Individual users or Teams can be tagged using @ (e.g., @clovirtualfashion).
An activity log is also available for review. (Note: The activity log is only accessible to users with Editor-level permissions or higher.)

5) Share
- Content can be shared by entering an email address.Â
Enter the email address, select a permission (Editor or Viewer), and click Share.Â
The email address does not need to be registered in CLO-SET.Â
Â
- Users with access to the content can be viewed in the People with access section.
Â
đź’ˇ Notes : The visibility of this option may vary depending on Company Settings.
Permission approval can be configured in the Console under Permission Approval settings. If enabled, invitations require approval from a Group Admin before access is granted.

6) Open in CLO
- Content can be opened in CLO for design modifications.
 7-1) Create Annotation : Annotations can be created to provide precise feedback for garment modifications.
- View Point Setting Before Creating an Annotation
Before creating an annotation, you can first set the desired viewpoint. This allows feedback to be captured based on the exact screen state and context, improving clarity and accuracy during the review process.
- Add New Marker
A new Add New Marker function has been introduced, allowing you to add markers continuously while creating annotations. Multiple annotations can be created without interrupting your workflow, enabling a more seamless review experience.
- Improved Drawing & Editing Tools
The toolbar has been repositioned to the top, ensuring it does not obstruct the Viewer. Additionally, Text and Pen tools are now supported to provide a more advanced editing experience.

7-2) Annotation List : View all annotations for the content.
- Replies and Nested Replies Visible in the Annotation PaneÂ
Both replies and nested replies are now visible within the Annotation Panel. This makes it easier to follow conversation threads in one place and better understand feedback history and collaboration context.

8) Configurator
- The Configurator is provided in a new window. After adding a colorway in the Configurator and saving, refresh the original tab to view the newly added colorway.

9) Colorway List
- In the Colorway List, colorway information can be reviewed and the colorway status can be updated.

10) Settings / Full Screen
- Viewer settings—including features such as Embed View,Screenshot, Change Thumbnail (thumbnail displayed in the Workroom view and the Overview tab of the Content Page)and Download—along with a full-screen view option are available in the bottom-right corner of the Viewer.

4-3) BOM / POM
BOM and POM information for garment content can be viewed directly on the Content Page without navigating to a separate page.Â
Even without a 3D file, BOM and POM can be created and managed as drafts.

4-4) Cost Estimation
Cost estimation information for garment content can be viewed directly on the Content Page without navigating to a separate page.

4-5) Attachment
The Content Page supports attaching various files for the design development process. Files such as images and PDFs can be uploaded using the Upload File button in the top-right corner or via drag and drop. You can also click Add Link to include reference URLs along with descriptions.

4-6) Content Analysis
In Content Analysis tab, workflow analysis and activity analysis data of the content can be reviewed.
- Workflow Analysis Chart : provides an overview of workflow status changes and lead times for each process step, allowing key metrics to be understood at a glance.
- Activity Analysis Chart : visualizes trends in key activity metrics over time using bubble and stacked charts, providing actionable insights.

đź’ˇ Notes : To use the previous UI (Legacy Content Page UI) , click the Previous Layout button at the top of the Content Page.
To switch back to the new UI, click Try New Layout at the top of the Legacy Content Page.
The legacy UI will remain available alongside the new experience for a period of time following the March 31, 2026 update.

💡 Notes : If you frequently work in another tab — such as Viewer, BOM, POM, or Cost Estimation — you can set your preferred tab as your default tab for faster access.
Open the tab you would like to set as your default.
Once the tab is selected, click the More Options menu (⋮) next to the tab name.
Select Set as default tab.
After setting it, your selected tab will automatically open first whenever you enter the Content Page.
If you would like to remove the setting, open the same menu and select Unset default tab.
