📓 Details

1. Enter workroom

In the left menu pane, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Browse icon.

  2. Select Company at the top of the menu tree.

  3. Double-click Brand in the main screen.

  4. Double-click the Season in the Brand space.

  5. Double-click the Workroom in the Season space.

  6. You can view content in the Workroom.

 

2. Create Assortment

  • Select the Content(s) to move, and click Add to Assortment.

    For a single item, click the ⋯ (More) button and choose Add to Assortment; For multiple items, hold Ctrl/Cmd and click Assortment from the floating menu.

  • Select an Assortment room to use on the space tree, or create new Assortment.

    When creating a new Assortment, enter a name on the blank and click Next.

    • All Contents must be uploaded in Workroom first, to be moved to Assortments 
    • User must be Admin or Collaborator to add Content to Assortment.

 

 

💡 Note

You can also create Assortment in season page

1. Click blobid0.png icon from the 'Season' Space.
2. Enter Assortment name and click 'CONFIRM' button.

 

3. Review Assortment
  • Enter the Assortment to start
  • Adjust the layout with the sizing menu, or hover over the Content to switch Viewing modes

    

  • Switch View Mode option, or hover over the Content to switch Viewing modes

    The 3D view mode cannot be changed in bulk from the dropdown menu.

  • Switch View By options to adjust the Assortment layout

    - View By Content: displays 1 default Colorway thumbnail of each Content

    - View By Colorway: displays each Colorway as a separate image

  • Active the 'Synchronized' camera at the top menu bar, and hover over any Content to open the Turntable bar. Click the Turntable bar and move the mouse to rotate the designs together
  • To change the order of Content(s), click 'Change Order" icon at the menu bar. Click & drag the Contents to adjust the order, and click 'Save As New Order' button. Type in the name of the order, and click 'Save'

  • Click the Eye icon at the bottom of the content and turn off Show Hidden Colorway at the top menu bar to view only active colorways, excluding those with the Eye icon disabled.

 

  • You can also click the Pin icon to select colorways, then click the Excel button at the top to download only the pinned colorways as an Excel file.

  • Click Mix & Match in the top-right corner to freely combine multiple garments for review.
    Click Create a Virtual Showroom to add garments to a showroom space and display them.

💡 Note

  • You can add Style Content to Assortment in Assortment page
    1. Click blobid1.png icon and select the desired style to add into Assortment.
    2. Select the desired style from EXPLORER or add the style you recently worked on from RECENT

  • When content is deleted from the Workroom, it will appear as an unavailable thumbnail in the Assortment.

  • Colorways created in the Configurator are displayed in the Assortment Room.
    When a newer version is available, a red dot indicator appears next to the content, allowing Editors (or higher) to update to the latest version, while Viewers can see the indicator without access to the update action.

 

4. Mix & Match Contents

1) How to use Mix&Match

1. Move the Content you want to Mix&Match to the same Assortment room

*You can only select the 3D Contents in the same Assortment room from where you entered the Mix&Match page.

2. Multi-select the contents by clicking the check box at the top-left side of the respective content

3. Click the ‘MIX AND MATCH’ Icon on the right top

4. Load your items by drag-and-dropping into the viewer.

 

2) Mixing & Matching Garments

  • Drag and drop selected garments into the Mix & Match view

  • Combine any garments freely without category restrictions

  • Adjust garment placement to explore different outfit combinations

 

3) Saving a Scene

  • Save the final outfit combination as a scene

  • Saved scenes can be used for later review, feedback, or collaboration

 

4) Tips

  • We recommend using contents that are created with consistent avatars and poses for more promising outcomes.

  • You can freely add and combine multiple garments to explore different outfit variations.
