📍 Learn how to share your Contents with other members/non-members.

📓 Details

1. Enter Dashboard, click Browse to open the space menu tree and click Workroom (Menu Tree).

2. In the Workroom, hover over the content and click the ••• (More) button in the top-right corner.

3. Double-click a content to open it in the Content Page.

4. Click Share.

5. In the pop-up, Enter the email of user (does not have to be registered in CLO-SET)

6. Select a permission (Editor or Viewer), and click 'Share'

[For this option, recipient needs a CLO-SET account to view]

1. Enter the Content you want to share

2. Find the Share icon on the top-right corner

3. Enter the email of user (does not have to be registered in CLO-SET)

4. Select a permission (Editor or Viewer), and click 'Share'

5. Invitee will receive a notification with link

Share with Email on the Content Page

• In New Content Page :

  Users with access to the content can be viewed in the People with access section.

  

   

• In Legacy Content Page

  

[For this option, recipient needs a CLO-SET account to view]

1. Enter the Content you want to share
2. Find the Share icon on the top-right corner
3. Turn on 'Anyone with the link can view' option at the bottom
4. Click 'QR Code' or 'Copy Link' button to generate a sharable format

*Enabling this options will make your content public. Be aware of security impacts.

💡 Notes

Download access for link-shared content (share with link) is limited to Group Members only.
Anyone with the link can still view, but only Group Members can download, even when Enable Download is turned on.

Embed Viewer on the Content Page

• In Legacy Content Page

  1. Launch Embed Viewer

  - From the 3D Viewer, click on the Embed button at the bottom right corner

  - Click 'OK' on the modal. 

  **Please be mindful that launching the Embed Viewer will convert your Content to a Public status

  

  2. Select show options, logo type, preference (auto rotation / Quality Render) and URL

  

  3. Share the Link / QR Code, or copy and paste the Iframe code to your HTML page

  4. Embed the Viewer to your own website - view sample from CLO-SET website

• In New Content Page

  1. Launch Embed Viewer

  - From the 3D Viewer, click on the Embed button at the bottom right corner
