1) Invite vs. Share
There are 4 Permission Level in CLO-SET. You may either Invite your teammates as Admin or Collaborator, or Share your work to Editors or Viewers. Learn more on CLO-SET Permission HERE.

2) Invite
to Company / Brand
Company Admin has the authority to invite specific users to Company.
Company and Brand Admin have the authority to invite specific users to Brand.

1. Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite 2. Select permission (Admin/Collaborator) 3. Click 'Invite'

| Recipient is added to the Group and granted access automatically, and do NOT need to accept the invite. | Recipient must first accept the invite to access the Space. |
3) Share
Share Workroom / Assortment / Content
Editors or above can share Workroom/Assortment/Content with others.
- From Workroom/Assortment, use the right pane.
- From Content page, click on 'Share' tab on your far right.
Share with Email on the Content Page
In New Content Page :
Users with access to the content can be viewed in the People with access section.
In Legacy Content Page
📝 Share with Link Policy update Update (December 2025)
The Enable Download option has been updated.
Share with Link remains available, and guests can still view content as before.
Downloads are limited to group members only.
Even if Enable Download is enabled, non–group members can view content but cannot download.
4) Accessible People

• At the bottom of the Share Tab, you may view the full list of Accessible People to each Space/Content. • This includes not only the people shown on the above list, but all users who with access.
*For example, from Workroom, you can only invite Editor/Viewers, but anyone with Admin/Collaborator permission on the upper level Spaces can also access the Workroom. |
5) Public Content
You may publicize your Content to share with a broader audience. There are 2 options:
1. Embed the 3D Viewer to your own website
- NO CLO-SET account required to view
2. Share with Link - Anyone with the link can view
-please be cautious as this will make your Workroom/Content Public. That is, anyone with the link can view your Content, and share it with others without a limit.
6) Permission Management
- for Group Admin / Group Operator
