Create an Annotation for a detailed feedback.

Details
1) Create Annotation
-
From your Dashboard, click the Content to open the Content page, where you can view the 3D Viewer.
Or, you can upload 3D files (zprj, zpac) or other image files (jpg, png, etc.) to create the annotation on.
- In the Content page, click Annotation.

In New Content Page
Create an Annotation and Set the Viewpoint : Click the Annotation button at the top right of the Viewer tab. Before creating an annotation, set your desired viewpoint in the Viewer.
Leave Annotations with. the Drawing & Editing Tools : Utilize the features in the toolbar to add annotations. Text and Pen tools are supported to provide a more advanced editing experience.
Save or Add New Marker : Click the Save button to complete the annotation, or click Add New Marker to continue adding markers while creating annotations.
View Annotation List : View all annotations for the content. Replies and Nested Replies are visible in the Annotation List.
In Legacy Content Page
Click on the Annotation icon (
) at the top right corner of the 3D Viewer or 2D Pattern Viewer
Add comments, shapes, lines, or images to leave feedback. When finished, click Complete in the top-right corner and click the Annotation icon to see the full list of annotations in the right pane.
Click 'Complete' to save the annotation
Once saved, click the Annotation icon (
) on the right pane to view the list of Annotations

3) Download Annotation in PDF
[New Content Page]
Click the Annotation List button on the right, then click the ••• button to download the annotation as a PDF.
[Legacy Content Page]
Click on the Annotation icon on your right pane to view the list of Annotations.
Next to each Annotation, you may click on ••• icon to download the PDF.
To download a PDF including all Annotations, click on 'PDF' button at the top right corner.
4) Send Annotation by email
When you click the Email button next to the PDF Download button, you can send the annotation notification immediately.
Please enter the recipient’s email address and click Send.
The email will include a content download button, which will remain valid for up to two weeks after the email is sent.
Note : Sending annotations by email is only supported on the legacy Content Page.
5) Copy Annotation to new Version
- From the latest version, click on 'Annotation' button on the right pane
- Click ''Get previous version of the Annotation' button
- Select the Annotations you'd like to bring to the new Version
Note : Copy Annotation to new Version is only supported on the legacy Content Page.
