Objective

You can edit the detail on each Content.

Manage Content information to be reflected on Tech Pack, Line Sheet, etc.

Detail

1) Content Details

 

[New Content Page]

On the Overview tab, which is the main entry of the Content Page, you can view key information about the content at a glance.

The Overview tab is structured into the following sections: Overview, Details, Version, Linked Content, and 3D Quality Check.

 

Within the Overview section, you can quickly review the following 5 key information:

1) Thumbnail Image & Content Field

- Workflow Status, Score, Content ID, External No. External ID, Content type, Creator, Create Date

2) General 

- Material composition, Customer Type, Color, Price, MOQ, Category, Tag, Description

3) File Version

- Total Version, Recent Version

4) Linked Content

- Parent Content, Child Content

5) Setting

- You can freely configure and customize the content information displayed in the Overview section.

 

More detailed information about the content can be accessed by clicking the Details, Version, Linked Content, and 3D Quality Check tabs.

 

[Legacy Content Page]

 

  1. Content Type : zpac/zprj files are auto-identified as Style. You may choose the Content Type when uploading the file.
  2. Content Name: Used throughout CLO-SET features including Line Sheet, Tech Pack, etc. You may edit the Content Name anytime by double-clicking on the field.
  3. Linked Content / Notification / Favorite: 
    • Linked Content: You can easily check the list of Parent/Child Contents.
    • Notification/Favorite: Click the bell icon to turn on the notification of this Content. You may also add this to your Favorite list.
  4. Workflow: Shows the Workflow of each Content. You may change the Workflow anytime using the drop-down menu. Workflow names can be customized on Company Settings page.
  5. Content ID
    • Content ID: Unique ID auto-created by CLO-SET and can NOT be edited. You may search the Content using Content ID.
    • Thumbnail: Thumbnail images are extracted from the original 3D file when applicable.
  6. Score: Score rating of the Content. A numerical value from 1 to 10.
  7. Category: Add Content Category to easily search and manage the files. You may customize your Category names and hierarchy on Company Settings page. This will be reflected on your Tech Pack and Line Sheet.
  8. Tags: Insert Tags on your Content. This will be reflected on your Tech Pack and Line Sheet.
  9. Description: Enter additional description. This will be reflected on your Tech Pack.
  10. Content Information Fields: Click 'More information' and add more information (material composition / customer type / color / Price / MOQ / Date). Manage Content information with customizable fields for each Content Type. Fields can be added/edited in Company Settings

 

Tips) Tag Recommendation

  1. Auto-complete for Existing Tags
    When entering a tag on the Content Page, the system now provides an auto-complete function that suggests existing tags.
    ex) Typing “Leat” will automatically suggest “Leather.”

 

  2. Recommendation of 5 Recently Used Tags
      Even before entering a tag, up to five tags will be recommended based on the following criteria:

      - Among the tags registered under the same Company as the Content being tagged,

      - The five most recently used tags by the same user will be suggested.


💡 Note 

If any of the suggested tags have already been applied, they will be replaced by the next most recently used tags.

 

2) Permission

Permission: All Admins, Collaborators, Editors can edit Content Details / Viewers are read only
