Learn about Content Information Fields in CLO-SET and how to effectively utilize the feature.

1) What is Content Information Field?
- The Content Field is where information about the Content is stored. Users can customize the fields used for each Content Type. Start storing Content information in CLO-SET to elevate your asset management flow.
- Content Fields are tailored for each Content Type. Fields used can only be managed by Company Admin and Group Operator. To start adding custom fields, read the instructions below.

Within the Overview section, you can quickly review the following 5 key information:
1) Thumbnail Image & Content Field
- Workflow Status, Score, Content ID, External No. External ID, Content type, Creator, Create Date
2) General
- Material composition, Customer Type, Color, Price, MOQ, Category, Tag, Description
3) File Version
- Total Version, Recent Version
4) Linked Content
- Parent Content, Child Content
5) Setting
- You can freely configure and customize the content information displayed in the Overview section.

2) Field Management
Permission: Group Admin, Company Admin
- Before inputting information on the Content, we recommend that you review the fields used for each Content Type.
- To add/edit Content Fields for each Content Type, visit Company Settings.
- Click on 'Content' > 'Information' to view the list of Content Types and Fields used.
- Content Fields are shared and applied to all Contents within the Company.
1. Default Fields
- Default Fields can NOT be added or deleted. You can change the name, values, and unit format.
- CLO-SET Provides tailored Defaults Fields for each Content Type.
- For example, for Style type Contents, there are 6 Default Fields - material composition, customer type, color, price, MOQ, and date.
- To edit the name, value, or unit format, click the pencil icon at the end of the table. On the Edit modal, edit the details and click 'Save'.
2. Custom Fields
- Custom Fields are fully customizable. Can create up to 16 Custom Fields per Content Type.
- To add a Custom Field, start by clicking the 'Add Custom Field' button.
- Fill in the name and select the 'Type' of the field to be used. Fill in values or unit information when applicable, and click 'Save' to create the Custom Field.
- Field Types provided are listed below. Once the field is saved, field type CANNOT be changed.
- Text (up to 100 characters)
- Textbox (up to 1000 characters)
- Number (in unit format)
- Date (in calendar format)
- Dropdown: single-selection
- Checkbox: multi-selection allowed
- To edit the Custom Field, click the pencil icon at the end of the table. Changing the field details will impact the existing field information.
- To delete the Custom Field, hover over the field row and click the trash button. Deleting the field will impact the existing field information, and the data stored will no longer be available.
3. 'Number' Type Fields

- When editing the 'Number' type fields, you have an option to customize the unit format.
- Please refer to the table below for placeholders used to customize the unit format.

3) Permission
- Field Management: by Group Admin or Company Admin at Company Settings page
- Input/View Content Information: All Admins, Collaborators, Editors can edit field information. Viewers are read only
