Details
- Total Lead Time: Displays the period and number of days passed since the Content was created until the latest Workflow update
- Workflow Status & Lead Time:
- Workflow Status: Displays the workflow assigned. Hover over to see the updated date
- Lead Time: Displays the time period between workflow updates. Hover over to view details
- Lead Time & Activity Summary:
- Lead Time: Displays the date range of the former workflow assigned to the latter
- Activity Summary: Total count of actions per Activity Group between the Lead Time period. Please fine detailed counts from the Activity Analysis section

Activity Analysis provides a detailed activity log to help identify the root cause of prolonged lead time. Quickly spot which activity was most active to support strategic decisions.
- Y-axis: select between Activity Count or View by Activity
- Chart Type: select between Bubble or Stacked Chart

- View Mode: select between Activity Group or All Activities
- Activity Group (default) displays the metrics grouped by activity
- All Activities displays each metric as a separate item

4) Troubleshooting
Error message: There is no data for the Content Analysis
For such Content(s), please first assign a Workflow to view the content analysis. If Content was never assigned a Workflow and has remained in draft status after upload, content analysis will not load.
