- Can multiple 3D quality check criteria be set up in advance and selected when a CLO sample request is made?
No, currently only one criteria set can be created at a time. Users must modify the existing criteria when needed.
- Is it possible to assign multiple values per item?
Yes, you can define a value range using the MIN-MAX format, and also specify multiple values with conditions.

- Can I view past version QC results in the Content Viewer?
Yes. You can preview the QC pass/fail status for each version of the content.
To see detailed results by item, click ‘3D Quality Check’ from the context menu.
- I'm accessing CLO-SET with a CLO3D account. Can I use the 3D Quality Check feature?
Yes, 3D Quality Check is available for free regardless of plan type (Student, Personal, or Enterprise) as long as you’re logged in with a CLO3D account.
- Who can set up the 3D Quality Check criteria?
The criteria can be set up by users with Company Admin or Group Admin permissions.
