📓 Details

• For every Company-level space in CLO-SET, there is a Company Library space for managing commonly used assets. Here, you can upload common assets shared throughout the team/season

• In Company Library, create Workrooms for managing your shared assets. For example, create a Workroom for Block Pattern, Avatar, Fabric, and Trim as displayed below. You can create Child-Workrooms within each Workroom for a more detailed setup
• Alternatively, upload Content(s) directly to the Company Library
• Click '+ New' button on the top to create Workrooms or upload Content(s)

• Once the setup is complete, start inviting Teammates to access the Company Libary

1. Share To People: invite other CLO-SET users as Editor/Viewer
   • Enter the email, select permission, and click 'Share'. Invitee will receive an email notification
2. Share with Link: publish the Workroom for anyone with link to access the space (CLO-SET account required)
   • Turn on 'Anyone with link can view' option. Please note that this will publish your workroom. Be aware of security risks of the URL being passed onto external parties
3. Accessible People: Anyone with Admin/Collaborator permission to the Company will be able to access the Company Library automatically
