| 1. Enter Visual Board |

Log in to CLO-SET and Click 'Visual Board' at the bottom of the 'Workspace' menu.
- A new Visual Board page will open. Click on the '+' button to create a new Board.
- If you are invited to an existing Board, please check the Group Name at the top. You can enter different Groups by clicking on the downward arrow (⌄) next to the Group name at the top left.

Before getting into the action, we recommend creating a test Board to explore the feature.
- Type in the title and explanation, and click 'Create'.
- Add text, shapes, and drag & drop the Contents to the Board.
- When inserting a 3D Content, you will be able to select the viewpoint & link to 3D Viewer.

- Add Images: select a viewpoint to add the image
- Link: insert a link to the 3D Viewer for the end users to access the 3D Viewer.
- When complete, you will see a purple URL icon indicating the attached URL.

- Once you are done editing the Board, click the 'Save' button at the top.

To attach your 3D design on the Visual Board, you must first upload the file
- Once uploading is complete, use the Space selection modal on the right pane of the Visual Board to locate the uploaded file.

| 4. Invite Editors |

Share the Board to invite others to edit the Board
- Click the 'Share' button
at the top-right corner to add Board Editors
- Type in the email address, and hit enter. Click 'Share'
- The recipient will receive an email notification
- Note: Unless shared from other Space/Contents, recipient's access will be limited to the Visual Board only. Learn how to share Contents or Space

- Share Slideshow to others to view the Visual Board SlideShow
- Click 'Slide Show' to start. On the Slide Show, click the share button
- Select access option:
- Restricted: Only those invited as Editors (on step #4) can view the Slide Show
- Publish: Anyone with link can view the Slide Show (CLO-SET Account required to view)
