• Share Workroom ()

▶ via Email

1. Enter the Workroom you want to share. Click 'Browse' and select the Workroom
2. On the right pane, click the Share button ()
3. Enter the email of the recipient, and select permission (Editor or Viewer)
   • Find details on Editor/Viewer on 'Permissions System' below
4. Click 'Share', and recipient will receive an email notification

1. Enter the Workroom you want to share. Click 'Browse' and select the Workroom
2. On the right pane, click the Share button ()
3. Enable the 'Share with Link' option at the bottom-right corner
   • Please note: enabling this options will Publish your Workroom, and anyone with link will be able to view. Be aware of security implications.
4. Click 'Copy Link' or simply copy the Workroom URL and share it with your recipient

1. Enter the Company or Brand you want to share. Click 'Browse' and select the space
2. On the right pane, enter the email of the recipient, and select permission (Admin or Collaborator)
   • Find details on Editor/Viewer on 'Permissions System' below
3. Click 'Invite', and recipient will receive an email notification

• CLO-SET has 4-level permission system: Admin, Collaborator, Editor, and Viewer
• Admin & Collaborator permissions are granted per higher-level spaces (Company and Brand)
• Editor & Viewer permissions are granted at lower-level spaces (Workroom, Assortment, Content)
• Line and Season spaces do not have granted permissions. Anyone with access to Company or Brand will have access to Line/Season spaces within.
