1) Configurator: How-to
1. From your Dashboard, click the Content to open the Content page, where you can view the 3D Viewer.
Or, you can upload 3D files (zprj, zpac) to try the configurator.
2. From the Content page, confirm that the 3D Viewer is selected, then click on the (Configurator) button in the right-side Create Mode bar.
💡 Notes
Access to the (New Configurator) is available only for files that meet the requirement below. The icon will appear automatically when the conditions are satisfied.
Compatibility: Zprj/Zpac files saved on CLO 2024.1.244 or above
2. When you click the Configurator button, the Material List appears in the top-left and the Color/Texture/Property options panel appears in the top-right. Then, select an item to edit from the Material List.
3. Select a new option from the Color/Texture/Property tab, then click Add Colorway and Save to apply the changes. (When you click Add Colorway, the Save button appears.)
4. New Colorway has been added under the 'Colorway' tab. Colorways added with CLO-SET Configurator will have the icon.
* When you hover over the new Colorway, you can also find the Delete button in the top-right corner.
2) Color Editor
Pick a Color from palette to apply on your design
Reset the color by 'Reset color' button at the bottom
Click 'Create' to save the new colorway
Upload a Color Preset to be shared with your team.

3) Texture Editor
Upload a Texture image
Adjust the texture using:
Gizmo on the style
Position/Scale/Rotation button on Configurator
Use Desaturation option
Reset Texture or Create new colorway
4) Property Editor
Edit the Property of the file - Opacity, Roughness, Intensity, or Metalness
Click 'Reset Property' to reset it to match the original file
Click 'Create' to create a new colorway
5) Create New Version
Creating a new Version will help make the New Colorway(created with Configurator) compatible with all CLO-SET features.
Add Colorway: Create a new Colorway to be added on your Colorway list on the right pane. Colorways made with Configurator will have the icon.
Save: After editing color, texture, or properties, click Save. Once saved, you can exit the Configurator tool and use other 3D Viewer options (Exploded View, Schematic Render, etc.) for review.
Create New Version: Create a new Version including the new Colorways made with Configurator. Creating a new Version will help make the New Colorwaycompatible with all CLO-SET features.
*Please note: for ZFAB files, you may only create a new version. Adding a new Colorway to the original file is unavailable.
6) Downloading the New Colorway
Select 'All Colorways' option to download a new .ZPRJ file including both the 1) Colorway from your original content, and 2) new Colorways created with configurator ()

Choose the version you wish to download. Hover over the version tab > click on ••• > select 'All Colorways'
'Original Content' option will only include colorways from your original zprj file
Upload the new zprj file to use: Render, Web Tech Pack, Line Sheet, Embed/Fitting
7) Best Practice Workflow
3D Garment: Create new Colorways with Configurator, and create new Version to create production materials such as Render and Tech Pack.
Block Pattern: Start from a block pattern to create new Colorways for a new season.
ZFAB: create new patterns or color options for an existing ZFAB file in CLO-SET.
