CLO-SET Web Tech Pack integrates your everyday tech pack with 3D Contents. Let us bring all the data from your 3D file into an auto-generated Tech Pack. Enjoy a tech pack that is always up-to-date.

• Opening (.zprj / .zpac) File in the Content Page

Enter Dashboard, and click the Content to open the Content page.

In the New Content Page :

BOM / POM / Cost Estimation Information can be viewed directly on the New Content Page without navigating to a separate page. (Construction will be added to the New Content Page in a future update)

In the Legacy Content Page :

Enter the Content Page, and click Web Tech Pack icon

A new tab will open. Switch between tabs to review & edit. Find more on the following guide

*Important: Web Tech Pack is created per Content Version (zprj/zpac only), and selecting 'update' will create a new version of Web Tech Pack. You can switch between versions on the WTP page.

▶ Web TechPack Overview

Overview tab provides basic information of the uploaded file. Find content information summary and mark the schedule to keep everyone on the same page
Information is auto-filled based on Content Information
This information is provided collectively with other details in the Overview section of the New Content Page.

▶ BOM

BOM is auto-filled based on the 3D data of the .zprj/.zpac file
- Double-click the field to make edits. Information is managed per Colorway-Grade combination
- Add Trim information by clicking 'add' at the bottom of the page
- Click the 'Export' button on the top right corner to download an Excel file

▶ Construction (legacy content page)

Review the construction of the design, and create Annotations for feedback
For each page, automatic markers will be generated. Click the thumbnail image to view the detail
For patterns, the 2D pattern view will be displayed at the bottom right corner
Create Comments and tag the team for faster communication

▶ Measurement (POM in the New Content Page)

Measurement information is auto-filled based on the POM data of the .zprj/.zpac file
In the Measurement tab, you can manage additional measurement details such as:
- HTM Comment (How To Measure notes)
- Tolerance
- Target values
On Web Tech Pack, users can mark the Target measurement for each POM field
The selected POM will be displayed in red on the garment in the left pane

💡 Note

For the content that does not contain measurement data, you can add the POM manually.

▶ Cost Estimation

Cost Estimation tab displays the estimated total cost for the design
- Fabric and Trim costs are pulled from BOM tab
- Add labor/transportation cost information at the bottom of the tab, and click 'apply to subtotal' to apply the changes made to the list at the top of the page
- Add exchange rates for the broader team to refer to

• Share & Export

Share the Content with other users, to allow access to the Web Tech Pack
Exporting is available for Web Tech Pack.
- To Export the entire Web Tech Pack Content, Export from Overview Tab as PDF or EXCEL (.excel will be available in end of August)
- Export from BOM generates an Excel file
  - You can choose which colorway and grading to include (will be available in end of August)
- Export from Construction generates a PDF file
