📍CLO-SET provides multiple options to help with the data management, including Category, Workflow, Tag, and Content Fields. Such fields are reflected on Web Tech Pack and Line Sheet, and can be utilized when Searching Contents.

 

Data & Labels on the Content Page

  • In Legacy Content Page

    1. Workflow

    2. Category

    3. Tags

    4. Description

    5. Content Field Management (by clicking More Information)

     

  • In New Content Page

    Within the Overview section, you can quickly review the following 5 key information:

    1) Thumbnail Image & Content Field

    - Workflow Status, Score, Content ID, External No. External ID, Content type, Creator, Create Date

    2) General 

    - Material composition, Customer Type, Color, Price, MOQ, Category, Tag, Description

    3) File Version

    - Total Version, Recent Version

    4) Linked Content

    - Parent Content, Child Content

    5) Setting

    - You can freely configure and customize the content information displayed in the Overview section.

    * More detailed information about the content can be accessed by clicking the Details, Version, Linked Content, and 3D Quality Check tabs.


     


 

• Category, Workflow

  • Enter Dashboard, and click the Content to open the Content page.

     

  • Enter the Content Page. You may assign a Category & Workflow to each Content

  • In Legacy Content Page

    Category: note the attributes of the Content such as Fabric, Trims, Avatars, and Garment types

    Workflow: note which step the Content is on, in terms of the entire workflow

Assign Workflow from the drop-down menu. 

Click 'Edit' icon next to the Category, and select the attribute from the modal. Click OK to save

     

  • In New Content Page

    Category: note the attributes of the Content such as Fabric, Trims, Avatars, and Garment types (Category field in General Information)

    Workflow: note which step the Content is on, in terms of the entire workflow (Workflow status bar on the top)

 

  • Bulk-assign Category and Workflow from your Workroom. Start by selecting multiple Contents and click on Workflow or Category from the toolbar.

 
  • Searching is also available by Category or Workflow

 

• Tag, Description
 
  • Tags: save the keywords in hashtag form. Click the grey box to type, and hit space/enter/tab to save
  • Description: make a note of each Content. Type in the text and click enter/tab to save

 

  • Tags and Description are editable per Content.
  • You can search the Content using Tags, but not with Description.
  • Bulk-editing is not available for Tags and Description fields.
  • Tag Recommendation

  1. Auto-complete for Existing Tags
    When entering a tag on the Content Page, the system now provides an auto-complete function that suggests existing tags.
    ex) Typing “Leat” will automatically suggest “Leather.”

       

 

  2. Recommendation of 5 Recently Used Tags
      Even before entering a tag, up to five tags will be recommended based on the following criteria:

      - Among the tags registered under the same Company as the Content being tagged,

      - The five most recently used tags by the same user will be suggested.


       

💡 Note: If any of the suggested tags have already been applied, they will be replaced by the next most recently used tags.

 

• Content Field Management

  • In addition, for each Content Type in CLO-SET, you can customize the information fields.

    • For example, below image displays a 'Style' type Content, as noted at the top left, above the Content name. For Style type Content, you can list data fields such as material composition, color, and price. 

     

  • Enter the Content Page. You may assign a Category & Workflow to each Content

  • In Legacy Content Page

    More Information button : Open the Content Field Management tab

     

  • In New Content Page

    General Information: Add the general information on the Overview Tab
