1. Group Name: See which Group you're currently in. To switch the Group, click on the downward arrow (⌄) next to the Group's name. The Blue Crown indicates that you are the Group Admin.

Browse: View the space hierarchy and navigate to the desired Space
Workspace: View all Spaces by level. (ex. Click on 'Companies' to view all Company Space you have access to)
Console: View Admin Console for usage data, billing, and developer page.
Favorites: View all Spaces and Contents you've marked as Favorite
Search: Search Contents using everyday words or an image.

Upload: Upload a new Content in current Workroom
Create: Create a sub-Space
Notifications: Turn notifications on/off for current Space
Share with Link: Turning this option on will convert the Space to public status. Be ware of the security implications when sharing with link.
Accessible People: View the list of teammates with access to this Space. This may include those with access to higher-level Spaces. For example, anyone with access to a Brand will be able to view all Workroom within the Brand.
💡 Notes
Download access for link-shared content (share with link) is limited to Group Members only. Anyone with the link can still view, but only Group Members can download, even when Enable Download is turned on.

Commenting is also available at the Workroom. Please follow the hyperlink to view detailed Permissions.
CLO-SET separates item selection and page navigation to prevent unintended actions.
Single click → Select item
Double click → Open item and navigate to its page
💡 Notes
In the Workroom, a single click also allows you to preview key content information without opening the content page, making it easier to review details while browsing multiple contents.

📝 Note
Context Menu
The (…) button is disabled even when an item is selected.
Even if multiple items were previously selected, the selection will be cleared and only one item will remain selected.
Popover Menu
If a Workroom is included in the selection list, all actions except deselect will be disabled.
4-3) Drag&Drop Move for Selected Contents
Once contents are selected, they can be moved more efficiently using drag&drop interactions.
Drag into a Workroom
Single or multiple selected contents can be dragged directly into a Workroom
The contents will be moved to the target location
Drag via Top Breadcrumb Navigation
Selected contents can be dragged to the top breadcrumb navigation
When hovering over a higher-level location, a “+” indicator appears, allowing the contents to be dropped and moved.
