Troubleshooting error when requesting Render on CLO-SET or through API. Find the description of the error message, and learn how to solve the issue.

1) Troubleshooting Render Error
Error: Unexpected Error has occurred. Please check your file.
For this error message, considering checking below:

Issue: Converting incomplete
- Please try again once the Content converting is complete. Render cannot be initiated while converting is in process. For newly uploaded files, this may take up to 3 minutes. If the converting failed, please contact us with the content page URL for support.

Issue: Render size too big
- Width & height of the requested Render must be equal or less than 5000px.

Issue: Invalid File Type
- Rendering is available for 3D files only.
- Rendering is not supported for Blank Contents. Check Content Type

Issue: Missing mandatory information from the API request
- Preset ZVRP information missing. When uzeZVRP=true, then presetSeq field is mandatory.
- Render Setting information is mandatory. Check the renderableScene field.
- Invalid parameters. Requested Item Version cannot be set as 0.
- Check Group information. The requested Group does not exist, or the user is not the member of the requested Group.
- Check Render Preset. The requested presetSeq does not exist.

For this error message, please create a ticket. Please include the Content Page URL for faster support.
Error: You have reached the allowed numbers of jobs that can be requested to Rendering queue.
For this error message, please wait until the requested Rendering is complete, to request a new task. Each CLO-SET Group can only request up to 100 Render tasks simultaneously.
2) Checking Rendering & Server Status
- Rendering Status: While the Render is in process, you can view the status of your Render task. Click on the Render Thumbnail on the left of the Viewer to find the status, estimated time, and completion rate.
- Rendering Server Status: Check the Rendering Server status for your Group. Hover over the 'Render' icon above the Version list to view the Server status and the number of Render queues in your Group.
